Mark and Soraya Demmink work for Keller Williams under the NuLiving Property Group name. After forming NuLiving Property Group, they called Page by Page to help with their branding and marketing. They were interested in producing a logo, business cards and signage.
Meeting with Mark and Soraya gave insight into their personalities and preferred look. We created a logo that was dignified and classic with the "N" in "Nu" resembling a house with chimney. The word "Living" was integrated into the "U".
Two sets of business cards were designed and printed for each person. The initial set is 16 pt Suede with flat Spot UV on the back on the logo. The second premium set features 32 pt Silk stock with the logo on the front in silver foil and the logo on the back in Raised Spot UV. The cards are trimmed with red edges as a nod to the Keller Williams signature color. These replace the KW stock business card design on standard stock with full UV coating on both sides that they had initially.
Several sizes and substrates were used for the signs: simple coroplast Open House signs with heavy duty stakes and two sizes of metal signs. With the deep black look, we chose to print on applied vinyl with laminate overlay for the darkest blacks and amazing longevity. We also ordered and delivered the "H" frames and "L" posts and had holes and grommets added to the signs.
Mark and Soraya are ideal collaborative clients. Their new look suits them perfectly and we wish them great success with NuLiving Property Group.
