Realtor Deb Ambrosi came to Page by Page several years ago to have a Brand Identity created for her and her real estate partner. She had a particular idea of the graphics she wanted and left it up to Page by Page to put it together cohesively. I created their brand which was used on business cards and signage. This worked very well for the team until her partner left to pursue a different career.
I met with Deb once again and discussed ways to rebrand using the same basic graphics with some modifications. As I was working on the revised images, Deb called and said she wanted to enhance her look even further. We met again and she showed me the marketing material she had been producing in-house. She was using a store-bought binder with tabbed dividers, similar to what you would see in schools. There were other pages that were loose and each was designed in a different style using different fonts and inconsistent graphics and printed on copy paper at her office. There was little to no branding on many of the pages. We discussed how important consistency is in marketing and she left everything with me to redesign.
The end result is an upscale marketing package which consists of newly branded business cards and signage, branded name badges, a branded presentation folder, five different booklets (four saddle stitched and one Perfect Bound) with consistent branding on each page, door hangers with a detachable business card, custom branded USB drives and branded tote bags. There are more branded marketing materials on the horizon. The entire package gives Deb a polished and professional appearance which lets her clients and prospects know she values quality and goes far beyond the average Realtor in taking care of her clients.
